Cubase channels

Cubase channels

Postby stuartb » Fri May 04, 2012 5:05 pm

Woud it would be possible to use a smaller font for channel names in the mixer. The current naming abbreviations are very short and if you include a channel # in the name they become almost useless.

Thanks

Also agree with a previous post it would be nice if the channel scrolling ui feedback was a little more obvious.

Thanks

One final thing :) Is there any chance you could include the option to see 16 narrow channels at once perhaps without the meter?

Thanks

I jump on the I agree bandwagon.

I also use colors on the mixer channels in order to easier identify which track I have currently selected. This would be a great feature in the next update as well.

AND... (this is the iind of thread with lots of "ands"...) it would be nice to see a proper skin for Cubase/Nuendo with all the channel buttons and functions (as many as are supported by the HUI implementation) in the right place.

Heres another AND...can you please at least give an option to stop v-control selecting the channel on moving a fader. If I move a fader on the cubase mixer it doesnt select the channel. This is really annoying if youre working on a midi part for example when as soon as you touch a fader the midi channel is no longer selected.

Thanks

You can control that in Cubendo: you can chose not to have channels auto-selected in the Mackie HUI Device preferences if you don't check "Enable Auto Select".
