Does support (assuming it is in place) look at this forum?

Don't mean to sound harsh but I'm just wondering whether the creators of this potentially great app ( doesn't fully work for Fl Studio, Reason and partly Studio one -at least the free version) have the time to help people to set up the free app with the above mentioned DAW and possibly more. I really need help understanding that can work otherwise will buy something else (less pretty) but already fully functional and easy to set up.
